You have rights regarding automated decision-making that produces legal effects. ProfsHub AI does not use automated decisions affecting your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

- Your name and email address
- Which right you're exercising
- Any relevant details about your request

We will respond to your request within 30 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests). We may ask for identification to verify you're the data subject.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your GDPR rights. Your exercise of these rights will not affect your ability to use our services or receive fair treatment.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you consented to processing your data (e.g., email updates), you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal is as simple as unsubscribing from communications.

Complaint to Supervisory Authority

If you believe your GDPR rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Each EU member state has one.
