Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Digital Product Refunds

ProfsHub AI's products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable Once Accessed

Purchases are generally non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded the digital product, as delivery is immediate and the content cannot be "returned" in a meaningful sense.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Depending on your location, you may have consumer protection rights that cannot be waived:

  • EU Consumers: Under EU Directive 2019/770, you have the right to digital product conformity for 2 years from delivery. This means the product must be fit for purpose and free from material defects. This right cannot be waived.
  • UK Consumers: Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides similar protections.
  • Other Regions: Your local consumer protection laws may provide similar rights. We respect these rights regardless of our stated refund policy.

If the Product Is Defective

If you purchase a product and it fails to deliver (e.g., file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is materially incomplete), contact us immediately:

Email: support@profshub.ai

We will work to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file or, if the problem cannot be resolved, a refund.

Lemon Squeezy's Refund Terms

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy has its own refund policies that may apply. Please review their terms at: lemonsqueezy.com

Not a Right of Withdrawal for Content Consumption

While consumers in some regions have a right to withdraw from purchases within a specific timeframe, this right does not extend to digital content that has been consumed or accessed. Once you download or access the product, withdrawal rights typically do not apply.
